# Overview
This policy covers both the SevenThree Discord bot and the SevenThree web dashboard. Together, they help you practice for ham radio license exams, look up callsign info, and check band conditions. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services and do not sell or share your data with third parties.
# Data We Collect
- - Discord account info: Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar when you log in or interact with the bot
- - Server info: Discord server ID, name, and icon for servers where the bot is installed or you have admin permissions
- - Quiz answers and scores: Your answers to practice exam questions, quiz scores, and pass/fail status
- - Callsign association: Your ham radio callsign if you choose to associate one with your Discord account
# Data We Do NOT Store
- - PSK Reporter queries and results
- - QRZ callsign lookups
- - Band condition checks
- - Discord OAuth tokens (used only during login, then discarded)
# Cookies (Web Dashboard Only)
The web dashboard uses only essential cookies required for it to function. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

# Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained while you use our services. Quiz history and study data is kept to allow you to track your progress over time.
If you want your data deleted, contact us on Discord and we'll remove your information from our systems. This includes your Discord account data, quiz history, callsign associations, and any other data linked to your account.
